Head of English & Literacy - Inspire Curriculum & Dyslexia Support

An educational trust in East Sussex is seeking a Head of English and Literacy. This full-time role involves leading the English curriculum from Year 7 to Sixth Form. The successful candidate will inspire colleagues and ensure high-quality teaching, particularly for students with dyslexia. Reporting to the Headmaster, you will develop an ambitious curriculum and promote a culture of literacy. The position is on-site in Playden, working Monday to Friday, with a salary range of £47,472 to £51,047.
