Head of Engineering - Rust Systems Architect

Lawrence Harvey Search & Selection is assisting an early-stage infrastructure company in recruiting a Head of Engineering to lead the design, build, and scale of a distributed systems architecture. The role reports to the CTO, owns the core engineering stack, and guides a small but capable team.

You will remain hands-on technically while driving engineering standards, roadmap execution, and team growth, shaping both technology and engineering culture of a high-performance platform with upside.
