Head of Engineering - Lead EV Fleet Transformation

Stagecoach Barnsley is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead our Yorkshire engineering operation across multiple depots and fleets. You will set safety standards, drive performance and ensure compliance, while steering the transition to zero-emission buses and depot electrification.

The role requires senior leadership of large teams, deep knowledge of fleet maintenance and regulatory requirements, and the ability to deliver complex transformation programmes in a fast-paced environment.
