Our client is a global pioneering energy storage solutions innovator. They has established a comprehensive product portfolio for full scenarios, including C&I and residential energy storage throughout the entire lifecycle.

About the Position

This role is responsible for market analysis, solution design & promotion, client collaboration, and project support, with the goal of expanding our presence in the European commercial & industrial (C&I) energy storage market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research European C&I energy market trends and develop regional expansion strategies while leading the local European team in execution.
• Design and promote tailored energy storage, solar-storage, and microgrid solutions with clear ROI.
• Support sales with technical expertise for pitches and tenders.
• Drive projects with enterprises, ESCOs, and EPCs; build alliances with utilities and policymakers.
• Strengthen local networks with installers/integrators.
• Collaborate with R&D to refine solutions based on market/client feedback.
• Ensure compliance with EU standards (safety, data, grid codes) and localization.
• Oversee projects from planning to delivery, solving technical hurdles (grid access, system optimization).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Energy Engineering, Power Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years in renewable energy industry with 3+ years European market experience
• Proven track record with C&I projects
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is required, and Dutch would be a plus
• Willingness to travel (EU)
