Head of Employment Law & People Strategy

Middlemore, in the Cheshire region, seeks an experienced employment lawyer to lead its employment law agenda across the group. This newly created, hands-on role combines strategic advisory work with practical day to day support on a broad range of people related legal matters.

You will build a centre of excellence for employment law, reduce reliance on external counsel, and deliver commercially focused advice to the People team, Executive Leadership Team and wider business from day one.
