Head of Employee Relations, EMEAPAC (12-Month)

NRF United Kingdom seeks a Head of Employee Relations to drive the Employee Relations vision across the EMEAPAC region. This role will involve leading a team and developing ER strategies to enhance employee relations in a multinational context.

The ideal candidate must have substantial ER experience, especially within partnership structures, and possess strong communication skills to influence various stakeholders. Flexibility in work arrangements will be supported.
