Head of Employee Experience & Onboarding

Ara Institute of Canterbury Ltd. is looking for an experienced People and Culture leader to shape the employee experience for kaimahi. This full-time role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and creating people-centered services. The ideal candidate should have extensive HR experience, expertise in developing and implementing People and Culture frameworks, and strong leadership abilities. The position is based at our Christchurch campus and aims to foster a responsive and caring workforce committed to the aspirations of Māori communities.
