In this context, we are looking for a Pedagogical Manager, 80%, member of the management committee.Your role:You hold a key position and are the guarantor of the coherence, quality, and evolution of the pedagogical approaches of the institution. You bridge the gap between vision, ground reality, and institution, designing and embodying the pedagogical line, ensuring its deployment, supporting teams in constructing demanding individualized support, and driving a continuous dynamic based on analysis, reflection, and responsibility. You will lead and coordinate transversal pedagogical resources by promoting real transversality between sectors. Ensure alignment of pedagogy with the directives from management and actively contribute to the work of the management committee. Structure and evolve institutional pedagogical projects based on professional and scientific monitoring, accompanying and supporting managers and teams in pedagogical approaches, tools related to life projects, and institutional reference frameworks. Evaluate the relevance and quality of pedagogical tools and contribute to the development of digital tracking tools. Design, coordinate, and evaluate internal training. Participate in the development and dissemination of recognized higher education offerings in the field of social work, complemented by training in pedagogy and/or specific training related to autism spectrum disorders.Several years of experience in a management or leading function, minimum X years of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or ASD.
