The perfect teacher will
Go above and beyond to ensure every child is actively involved in the learning process and benefits from your knowledge and skills. Bring your subject to life! Be flexible and adaptable, tailoring your teaching style to respond effectively to a range of student behaviours. Communicate effectively to build cohesive relationships with colleagues and foster a trusting and insightful rapport with students. Emotional intelligence is vital in education! Be calm, patient, and understanding; classrooms can be overwhelming environments, and it's essential to gauge the most effective responses, managing tempers and diffusing situations appropriately.
A candidate 'Must Have':
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No Sponsorships Provided)
- Willingness or ability to work with children in classroom and workshop settings
- Experience in a Design Technology teaching role and hold a QTS
- The ability to teach all key stages
