Head of Dial Prototyping

Cadrans Fluckiger SA Dial Prototype Manager (M/F) Mission As part of this role in our Production Division, you will lead, organize, and supervise the activities to ensure the execution of the production plan according to quality criteria and Philippe standards. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and direct stamping, machining, welding, and manual activities while respecting quality and deadlines. Ensure an optimal level of coverage of the prototype stock by managing load/capacity and enhancing the management of industrial performance to balance work-in-progress and maintain cadence. Support, encourage, motivate, and develop your team of 18, including 8 on team schedules (2x8). Assist team members in managing individual and team performance by promoting learning, versatility, and skills necessary for each person's development and the team's performance. Lead and facilitate problem-solving processes by relying on various methodologies while deploying continuous improvement approaches to stabilize processes and reduce non-quality rates. Profile sought Technician ES and/or an engineering degree in mechanical and/or industrial engineering or equivalent; 5 years of managerial experience in an industrial production environment. Knowledge of the watchmaking sector is a real advantage. Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and production management (OEE, 5S, Kanban, Conwip, problem-solving methods). Good command of an ERP and office tools (MS Office). Ability to create and maintain relationships and good verbal and written communication skills.
