This is a true "player-coach" role-combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership to embed best practice, modern tooling, and agile ways of working.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, influencing direction and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-focused digital services. Your remit spans operational excellence, community leadership, and continuous improvement across development and QA disciplines.
