What you will do

• Define and execute the end-to-end design strategy across all products, elevating the UI to a sophisticated, mature aesthetic
• Partner with Engineering to roll out a scalable, world-class design system that improves consistency and shipping velocity
• Lead by example as a player-coach, mentoring a high-performing team while remaining hands-on with high-impact UX flows and AI features
