The Role: Head of Design and Technology Hounslow, West London

Lead and develop the Design & Technology curriculum across Key Stages 3-5
Provide inspirational leadership to a team of specialist teachers and technicians
Monitor teaching and learning standards to drive continual improvement
Develop innovative teaching strategies and foster a culture of creativity
Champion student achievement in product design, engineering, textiles and food technology
Organise extra-curricular opportunities including clubs, competitions, and exhibitions

Candidate Essentials: Head of Design and Technology Hounslow, West London

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in a relevant Design Technology discipline
Proven experience of teaching DT to GCSE and A-level (or equivalent)
Demonstrated success in curriculum planning and raising attainment
Ability to inspire both students and staff
Strong organisational and leadership skills with a proactive mindset
Committed to inclusive education and developing each learner's potential
