The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) invites applications for Head of Design & Development within the Guidance & Education Systems directorate. Based in Bedford with 4 days per month on-site, you will shape learning offers and scale initiatives across the UK.

You will lead a team, translate policy into practical learning solutions, collaborate with senior leaders and partners, and drive innovation, inclusion and measurable impact across a changing landscape.
