Head of Debt Recovery - Birmingham

Starting salary of at least £80,000 with an excellent benefits package. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm and establish their debt recovery team in Birmingham. This role involves building and leading the debt recovery practice in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality, business-focused service, developing the team, and expanding the client base, including building relationships in Belfast.

Ideal candidates will currently manage a debt recovery practice focused on B2C, seeking a new challenge. The role requires a client-focused, commercially aware leader with strategic expertise in debt collection, ambition, and leadership qualities.
