Head of Data Strategy

Key Role: Data Insights Leader About the Position: This leadership role is responsible for spearheading a team of analysts in driving business growth through strategic decision-making and product development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analytics, product management, or data science with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Drive data-informed decision-making and lead a talented team of Product Analysts to foster excellence and innovation. Establish processes for analyzing business financial impact and user behavior to drive continuous improvement. Create actionable insights from data to empower teams to make informed decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to company-wide initiatives. Identify key metrics for measuring and driving product outcomes, set up quarterly objectives, and measure progress. Requirements: Extensive experience in analytics, product management, or data science roles, preferably with an academic quantitative degree (MSc) in Econometrics/Economy, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science or another related field with a strong emphasis on quantitative analysis. Understanding and experience on AWS/GCP data offerings (Redshift / Big-query). Mastery of SQL and experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview, Looker) and modern databases, knowledge of Python is preferred. Practical, outcomes-focused, and driven to have a positive impact on teams and outcomes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-experts.
