Head of Data Engineering

We have been retained to hire a Head of Data Engineering for one of the biggest Media & Advertising businesses in the country.

The role worksat the intersection of Digital Ad Exchanges, Real Time Data, unique first party data, self serve ad platforms + much more.

From Day 1 you'll be tasked with leading a good sized team developing the Data Platform sitting behind a large portion of the businesses operations, + a new business vertical expected to grab $billion dollars worth of marketshare.

To be a credible candidate we are looking for:

• A technical background in Data Engineering & Data Architecture
• Deep understanding of Modern Data Architecture and Data Modelling
• Experience with cloud (ideally AWS) & Snowflake (ideally)
• Experience of leading, managing and hiring for teams
• Delivering on a plan/vision
• Experience in Media & Advertising a bonus
