The successful applicant will play a business critical role in driving innovation, business growth, and customer value through cutting-edge data and analytics strategies.

In this senior leadership role, you'll:

• Work closely with the CIO to redefine future of data landscape for the business - think new Data TOM if you will!
• Lead the development of advanced analytics, BI tools, and AI-driven solutions.
• Take responsibility for creating a robust data ecosystem to support the wider business in making data led decisions
• Champion data governance, quality, and security.
• Foster a data-driven culture and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with a focus on capability development and succession planning.

If you meet the following criteria we'd love to hear from you:

• Proven Data leadership background.
• Demonstrable experience in defining a strategic vision for data solutions.
• Deep expertise in data technologies, evolving from hands-on analytics to technical leadership.
• Passionate about harnessing data to unlock insights and drive strategic impact.
• Experience of leading data teams of circa 20.
• Skilled in modern data tools, including Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong communicator and team builder, capable of driving growth and engagement.
• Executive-level thinker with strategic influence and change leadership.
• Specific and current experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced private sector environment.
• Ability to work 3 days a week on site in Glasgow.
