Head of Customer Service & Office Operations

Office Angels is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the Sevenoaks office and customer service team. This full-time, office-based role focuses on managing staff, improving processes and delivering consistently high service levels across the business.

The successful candidate will drive day-to-day operations, recruit and train staff, implement procedures, and coordinate with European colleagues to ensure client satisfaction. Salary £34,000-£38,000 depending on experience.
