Head of Customer Experience & Insight Transformation

Quilter plc seeks an enterprise leader to turn customer insight into superior experiences and outcomes. You will define an enterprise-wide view of customer needs for the newly established Customer Experience, Insight and Digital Experience function, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer.

The role requires senior leadership with board-level presence, judgment and influencing capabilities to shape decisions on customer outcomes, experience integrity, and strategic alignment.
