Head of Customer Experience & Growth

Algeco, part of the Modulaire Group, is seeking a Head of Customer Experience to design and deliver a customer-centric operating model across the full lifecycle. The role will align Sales, Operations, Customer Care, Finance, Fleet, Logistics, Marketing and Digital to drive satisfaction, retention and sustainable growth.

You will lead the CX strategy, oversee the Customer Care function, and drive continuous improvement through data and customer insights in a fast-paced environment.
