The right candidate will need connections or to be a strong business developer. Work will be referred from the firm's other office and departments, but they need to develop local relationships with estate agents and so on. The benefit, of course, is that you can look to gain equity in the firm or negotiate a very lucrative bonus for work that you bring in.
