The RoleThis is our first senior B2C marketing hire. You will set the strategy, build the playbook, and personally make it work. There is no existing machine to inherit, you are here to build one! This business is already insanely viral. Your job is to turn that raw energy into repeatable, scalable consumer growth.
What you'll own (for real)- You own consumer order volume. Full stop.
- Design and execute the entire B2C growth strategy across all geographies
- Drive order volume, frequency, and retention across our app and aggregator partners
- Turn launches into moments with city specific stunts and cultural hooks
- Make CRM (push, email, SMS) a revenue engine
- Leverage the cool factor and virality of drone delivery without gimmicks
- Work with partners and merchants to co fund promotions and unlock win wins
- Scale what works ruthlessly - and kill what doesn't
Founder adjacent, high agency, and self directing. You move fast, bias toward action, and care about volume first while keeping a commercial eye on losses and partner subsidies. You influence Product, elevate when needed, and don't wait for permission. If the tooling isn't there, you push the tech team to build what you need.

- Strong repeat order rates and visible habit formation
- Consistent contribution to order volume growth
- You come from consumer apps, gaming, social, or highly viral products. You are hungry, scrappy,
- opinionated, and comfortable owning outcomes.
- You want real responsibility, not a slide deck mandate.
- This isn't your first rodeo.
- You wake up thinking about funnels, conversion, utilisation and run rate.
- You obsess over demand, numbers and momentum.
- You eat, sleep, repeat this. It's in you.
- Your larger then life, You get S it done!
- Recent graduates or those looking for their first marketing role.
- Anyone who hasn't owned growth targets end to end before.
