Head of Compliance & MLRO: Regulatory Oversight

Mphasis UK Ltd is seeking a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer to provide independent oversight of the FCA regulatory framework and AML/CTF arrangements across the business.

The role covers SMF16 and SMF17 responsibilities, ensuring consumer duty outcomes, governance of Appointed Representatives and outsourced activities, and reporting to the Board on regulatory risks and improvements.
