Head of Compliance & MLRO - Fintech RegTech Leader

Titanbay is seeking a Dublin-based Head of Compliance to lead the Irish-regulated AIFM compliance program, including MLRO duties. You will work with Operations, Legal, Risk and Compliance to ensure robust governance and responsive regulatory engagement.

The role requires substantial experience in Irish/EU-regulated funds, PCF 12 credentials, and strong AML/CFT expertise. Candidates will shape the platform's compliance program while collaborating with product and engineering.
