Head of Compliance & MLRO - FCA Oversight Leader

Mphasis UK Ltd seeks a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer to provide independent oversight of the regulatory framework and AML/CTF controls. The role covers SMF16/SMF17 responsibilities, consumer duty, and governance of outsourced activities.

The post holder will report to the Managing Director and work with the Board to monitor regulatory developments, deliver risk-based reviews, and ensure customer outcomes remain at the forefront of decisions.
