Head of Compliance - UK & Ireland Strategy

AON PLC is seeking a Head of Compliance to lead the UK and ROI regulatory function within its expanding Compliance team. You will own the compliance strategy for NFP Europe, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory expectations across general insurance and wealth management.

You will design and monitor the framework, supervise risk assessments, provide senior-level regulatory advice, and coordinate board reporting, regulatory submissions, and external engagements.
