A highly regarded, ambitious law firm is looking to appoint an established Partner to lead its Commercial Litigation team in Manchester. This is a rare chance to shape the department's strategy and take a senior role in a firm that is investing in growth.

This is a role for an established Partner who has the background and gravitas to lead and shape an existing team.

The role

• Head the Commercial Litigation team, setting strategy and driving growth
• Lead a portfolio of high-value, complex commercial disputes
• Develop and manage key client relationships, with a clear plan for business development
• Contribute to firm-wide strategy and work with other partners in the senior management team
• Mentor and develop fee earners in the team
• Raise the team profile through measured marketing

About you

• Established Commercial Litigation Partner looking to lead a team
• Proven track record of leading complex disputes
• Client relationships or a sold network to tap into
• Experience of managing a team or mentoring juniors
• Strong profile in the Manchester and North West market
