Head of Commercial Bids & Growth

Arriva Road Transport Services is seeking a Head of Commercial Bids to lead all tender activity across the network from Derby or Lacon House. The role will own the opportunity pipeline, drive go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with Arriva UK Trains and ARTS to expand into new sectors including rail replacement and special events.

The candidate will bring a proven track record in bid/tender lifecycle management, strong commercial acumen, and effective engagement with C-suite stakeholders.
