Head of Commercial - Energy & Infrastructure Leadership

OCU Group is seeking a Head of Commercial (South) to lead the commercial function across a portfolio of UK energy and infrastructure projects. Based in East London, you will steer commercial strategy, governance and high-stakes negotiations with clients and partners.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, drive profitability and ensure robust contracts across EPC, BoP and bespoke agreements, while mentoring leaders and shaping the business' commercial trajectory.
