Purplex Marketing appoints new head of client relations

Glazing and construction sector specialist Purplex Marketing has appointed current employee Alex Lee as its new head of client relations, a strategic role created to strengthen customer partnerships and improve collaboration across the business.

The position carries a broad remit, bringing sales, operational and account management teams closer together to ensure greater clarity, consistency and accountability. A key early initiative is the introduction of a new reporting framework designed to replace outdated formats with clearer insight for both clients and internal teams.

Alex is currently moving from managing his own portfolio of accounts, retaining a small number of long-standing clients while embedding new structures across the wider team. He will oversee the day-to-day operations of a highly effective account management team that has decades of collective experience, according to the company.

"I'm really looking forward to heading up areas that have the highest client experience and impact," said Alex. "Helping the account managers and building the team up to be a more knowledgeable, stable, stronger outfit is also a big part of what I want to do."
