Head of Chilled Distribution - National RDC Leader

Romac Logistics Ltd. is seeking a Head of Chilled Distribution based from Chesterfield with national travel. You will lead the flagship Chesterfield RDC, delivering operational excellence and financial performance while ensuring safety, compliance and exceptional customer service.

The role requires senior leadership experience in chilled/temperature-controlled logistics, with responsibility for P&L, governance across the RDC network, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
