Head of Children's Residential Care

CPL Healthcare is partnering with a client to recruit a Person in Charge for a new children's residential service in Drogheda. This senior role leads the overall management, ensuring safe, therapeutic, person-centred care in line with regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will drive service development, supervise staff teams, uphold safeguarding and governance, and maintain compliance with HIQA, Tusla and national regulations.
