We re looking for a Head of Central Operations to join our Retail Operations team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. You will act as the voice of Retail, working collaboratively with other functions, ensuring everything we do is focused on customer service excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing & implementing a central operational plan aligned with business strategy for effective execution.
  • Designing an optimal Store Operating Model to simplify processes, reduce workload, and drive consistency across stores.
  • Identifying cross-functional opportunities to simplify retail operations.
  • Managing store workload through capacity & impact planning, influencing cross-functionally.
  • Leading business and operational projects as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Designing and delivering effective communication frameworks to engage Retail teams.
  • Leading operational & business change in stores to deliver benefits.
  • Representing Operations in forums and projects across the business.
  • Reviewing projects & activities impacting Retail.
  • Ensuring legal, regulatory, and operational compliance while managing risks.
  • Building a capable, diverse team focused on delivery, simplification, and teamwork.
  • Empowering the team through leadership and coaching.
  • Modeling company values to embed our culture.
  • Ensuring strong succession plans are in place.
