Head of Catering & Kitchen - Relief Duty Manager

Job Search Place Limited is seeking a Cook / Head of Catering at the Castle Christian Conference Centre in Castlewellan, Northern Ireland. The role involves leading the kitchen team to prepare quality meals for guests while maintaining high hygiene standards and creating a welcoming atmosphere for church groups and conferences.

This position also offers the chance to take on additional responsibilities, such as Relief Duty Management, during the Centre Manager's absence. A Catering Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience is required.
