Head of Catastrophe Analytics

I am currently looking for an experienced Catastrophe Analytics leader to lead our client's UK Catastrophe Analytics function. This is a client-facing role, providing direct exposure to both UK and international clients.

The successful candidate will lead a small team of UK-based analysts and take ownership of delivering high-value analytical insights across a range of accounts, including major global programs and specialty lines. Additionally, there will be collaboration with colleagues across international offices.

Our client is seeking an experienced professional who is able to collaborate, work in a fast-paced environment, and confidently engage with brokers, clients, and reinsurers. A key part of the role involves not just technical delivery but also shaping how analytics are used to inform strategic decisions, structuring, pricing, and communicating the value of these insights to clients and prospects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of catastrophe modeling and portfolio analytics.
