The Hospital of Lavaux is a recognized private institution of public interest, a member of the Vaud Hospitals. At the Hospital of Lavaux, our human-sized medical team comprises, among others, six medical assistants who cover periods ranging from six months to one year. We are looking for our Head of Nursing Services, a member of the management team and a key player, who will ensure the quality of care, team stability, and the development of projects at the heart of an ambitious institutional initiative aimed at the community. Responsibilities:Leadership and Governance of Care- Carry the vision of care and implement the institutional strategy by integrating and developing competencies.- Pilot all care activities with rigor, efficiency, and quality, in close collaboration with the medical staff and support functions.- Identify opportunities for development, improving the efficiency of care pathways, and supporting the growth and quality of services through leadership that promotes interdisciplinarity, team engagement, and clinical excellence, referencing the Swiss Nurse leadership model to implement standards and achieve Excellence .Financial Management- Ensure financial and budgetary oversight of the nursing and therapeutic activities, guaranteeing efficiency, safety, and resource management.- Actively contribute to the implementation of the institutional project.- Coordinate and support the adaptation of the new hospital by the teams, ensuring coherence and adherence among professionals, and developing internal skills, organizing succession, and guaranteeing continuity of services.- Simplify processes and create conditions that allow teams to fully dedicate themselves to care.Performance, Quality, and Data- Ensure a compliant, structured, and secure clinic that supports quality, continuity of care, and risk management.- Manage and optimize the medical record and transform activity data into management levers fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional responsibility, and experiences based on co-construction.- Strengthen regional anchoring and actively contribute to the influence and maintenance of a professional commitment encouraged in a perspective of network development and continuous monitoring of political-professional trends and sectoral developments.As we approach the opening of our new hospital in spring, we invite you to join a project: to contribute to the creation of a completely reimagined working tool, where the human experience for patients is at the heart of priorities, where the well-being of teams serves as a lever for performance, and where sound financial management sustainably supports our development.Required Qualifications- Hold a Master of Science in nursing (MScSI) with confirmed clinical expertise in long-term care, knowledge of professional standards, regulatory frameworks, and applicable quality standards.- Understanding of clinical processes and care pathways with the ability to analyze and optimize care flows.- Ability to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate health service measures at a senior level and in management.- Knowledge of new technologies (artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, foresight). - Strong human skills and experience.- A strong ability to mobilize and inspire.- A promoter of team-based work. jid48c915eaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
