Location: Home-based, with regular travel across the North (Newcastle, Lancashire, Cheshire, Leeds, Bradford, Leicestershire, Sheffield, Derbyshire and surrounding areas)

This is a high-impact senior leadership role at a defining moment for Hft. As Head of Care and Support for the North, you'll set direction, shape culture and inspire others, ensuring that strategy translates into consistently excellent, person-centred care and support.

You'll bring a strategic lens and authentic leadership style to a region with proud heritage and strong-performing services. Your challenge will be to build on solid foundations, nurturing leadership capability, embedding consistency, and enabling transformation without losing sight of what matters most: people.

Who You Are

• A seasoned social care leader with experience across regulated adult services (ideally learning disability or complex support).
• An emotionally intelligent and inclusive leader who builds trust and brings clarity.
• Skilled at leading through others, shaping culture and maintaining focus through change.
• Confident at both strategic and operational levels - grounded, credible and purpose-driven.
