Head of Buying

We are looking for a Head of Buying who will lead the overall product, brand & category offer of the store, ensuring that we invest in the right brands, products & categories to deliver strong sales, margin & stock performance, while keeping the store relevant & exciting for customers.This role requires curiosity, commercial drive, initiative, ownership & the confidence to challenge.

• Take a whole-store view
• Lead & develop the Buying team
• Control buying budgets & open-to-buy
• Ensure buying decisions are supported by data & commercial logic
• Manage overall stock performance through the Buyers & Merchandiser
• Drive new brands, products & categories
• Help shape the wider direction of the business
• Genuinely love fashion, brands & retail
• Have strong commercial & product judgement
• Be an experienced Leader & Buyer
