Head of Business Data - 12 month ftc

Head of Business Data (12-Month FTC) Location: London
Salary: £120k + bonus + benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Business Data to lead the commercial data strategy for a high-profile organisation. This 12-month fixed-term role will oversee a multidisciplinary data team, managing the full fan data lifecycle - from third-party acquisition to activation across digital and physical environments. Must have a consumer/customer data background with all round experience across engineering, BI and analytics. Preferably worked within B2C/customer-centric data.

You'll lead the development of a centralised data platform (GCP), enhance the Customer Data Platform (Twilio Segment), and drive insight-led decision-making across the business. You'll also play a key role in embedding predictive models like CLV and propensity scoring into core systems and processes.

We're seeking a hands-on data leader with strong experience in cloud architecture, Data engineering, data governance, BI tooling (Power BI, Omni), and stakeholder engagement at a senior level.
