We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Business Banking Technology to lead our UK technology function. You will drive the strategic design, delivery, and operation of digital banking platforms, overseeing a $35m budget and a global team of c500. Reporting to the UK CMB CIO, you'll partner with senior business leaders to deliver innovative, customer centric solutions, modernise legacy systems, and champion cloud adoption and agile ways of working.

• Lead and inspire high performing engineering teams to deliver digital first solutions.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of web and mobile channels, ensuring service excellence and uptime.
• Manage the technology change portfolio and drive efficiency, resilience, and cost optimisation.
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to deliver strategic transformation.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive, and high performance culture.

• Proven technology leadership in a complex, matrixed financial services environment.
• Strong experience in digital transformation, cloud, DevSecOps, and agile delivery.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passion for innovation, operational excellence, and developing talent.
• Understanding of Cloud computing concepts and their impact on service and change delivery.
