iO Associates are working with an established and growing Tech consultancy who are looking for a Business Applications Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

They are an award-winning agency that specialise in data analytics, insight and systems. They help brands build impactful messaging, engage their audiences, and drive measurable results through strategic PR, content, and digital campaigns

They primarily work with not-for-profit and charities, however are diversifying into the financial and travel sectors

As part of your role you will build and oversee a first-rate Business Applications technology team, collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements and leading the design, development and implementation of application-based solutions

You will be the champion for all things AI and really drive solutions to help the organisation enhance their reputation

This is a really exciting position where you will be given opportunity to lead and grow the department, as well as help create the future strategy for growth

In order to be successful you need:

• Proven track record delivering Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) and D365 CE (Marketing, Sales and Service) Solutions
• Experience working in pre-sales (writing proposals, SOWs, leading Discovery/POC sessions, technical demo presentations).
• Experience working in a Consultative environment.
• Proven ability to help businesses embrace new technology and successfully change their ways of working if needed to deliver the benefits anticipated.
• Experienced in advising and influencing senior level executives within the business and within client organisations.
