EKC Group at Ashford College is seeking a Head of Building Services and Engineering to lead the curriculum area across Plumbing, Electrical and Engineering. You will manage courses and staff, drive learner outcomes and ensure high standards within a supportive culture.

You will shape provision, deliver innovative teaching and secure employer engagement, while managing a delegated budget and maintaining quality across provision.
