Head of Boarding House

A leading state boarding school in Stourbridge is seeking a Housemaster/Housemistress starting September 2026. The successful candidate will enjoy a calm working environment and lead the boarding house while ensuring the welfare of students aged 12-18. Applicants should have experience in boarding houses, strong interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities. The role includes supervising students, managing staff and organizing extracurricular activities. Family accommodation will be provided in the boarding house.
