Job Title: Head of Boarding Location: Chengdu, China Start Date: August 2026

School Description: A British International School in Chengdu is seeking an experienced Head of Boarding to join from August 2026. The school follows the British curriculum and offers a supportive international teaching environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the boarding provisionOversee student welfare, safeguarding, and pastoral careManage boarding staff and daily operationsEnsure a high standard of care and student experienceContribute to whole-school leadership and strategic initiatives

Requirements:

A relevant degree and recognised teaching qualificationMinimum of two years experience as a Head of Boarding within an international schoolStrong pastoral and leadership experiencePrior leadership experience is advantageous
