Head of BD: Immersive Defence Training Solutions

MKC Training is seeking a Head of Business Development to shape how defence and public-sector organisations train their people using immersive technologies. You will build strategic relationships across defence, military and government, shaping opportunities early and leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver differentiated learning solutions that meet operational needs.

This leadership role requires a commercial mindset to create opportunities rather than respond to tenders, and the ability
