Head of Asset Strategy & Portfolio Growth

Thirteen Group is seeking a Head of Strategic Asset Management to lead the delivery of a forward looking asset management strategy for a large portfolio of homes and communities. The role shapes investment decisions that will affect thousands of homes and stakeholders.

You will work with senior leaders and the Board to drive decarbonisation, acquisitions and disposals, and to maximise long term value while balancing customer needs, regulatory requirements and commercial performance.
