Head of Asset Strategy & Investment

The Island of Jersey is seeking a Head of Asset Strategy to lead the development and delivery of the organisation's long-term asset management strategy. You will ensure assets are safe, compliant, sustainable, and deliver maximum social, environmental, and financial value.

You will align asset decisions with the Strategic Business Plan, guide investment, planning and portfolio optimisation, and oversee governance, performance reporting, and executive oversight to secure strong outcomes.
