• Ensure high-quality teaching and learning across all disciplines within Art, Design and Technology
• Promote enrichment opportunities, including exhibitions and partnerships

Qualifications

• QTS and a strong academic background in a relevant subject
• Proven track record of teaching Art, Design and Technology to a high standard
• Previous middle leadership experience or readiness to step into a Head of Art, Design and Technology role
• Ability to lead on curriculum design and departmental strategy
• Commitment to inclusion, particularly supporting pupils with SEND and EHCPs
