Oliver Bernard in the United Kingdom partners with an ambitious AI fintech, seeking a Head of Research to own the AI research function. This high-ownership, hands-on role will lead a small team while staying close to the research, taking models from research to production.

You will build specialised models for millions of cases, tackle challenges around reliability, latency and cost, and shape the technical direction of the company as it moves from Series A.
